Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Badging Officer to manage badge office operations and maintain accurate access control across employees, contractors, and vendors. You will respond to inquiries, update access levels, and ensure supplies and equipment are ready for daily use.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to policy, data accuracy, and professional interaction with clients and security personnel. Candidates should present themselves in line with our safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong attendance record and clean disciplinary history.
• Ability to work autonomously and use sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee badge office operations.
• Answer phone calls and emails to badge office professionally.
• Update employee, contractor and vendor badge access per policy.
• Ensure badge supplies are stocked and equipment functional.
• Maintain cardholder profiles, create/delete access levels and groups.
• Troubleshoot access control equipment, databases, and policies.
• Input data into databases as required by stakeholders.
• Set standards of appearance and professional conduct.
