Job summary

Kaz Project Operating LLP is seeking an Access Control and Badging Coordinator to implement and maintain the badge system, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure timely, accurate badge issuance. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities include registration, activation/deactivation, data archiving, weekly reporting, and support for reception access control.

Qualifications

• Official administration qualification preferred.
• Experience of at least 1–2 years with badging or business administration, processes and systems.
• Filing or document management system qualifications or experience preferred.
• Strong communication and basic resourcing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Implement/maintain the access control function per SD Access Control procedures and Work Instruction.
• Ensure efficient, high-quality badging service.
• Coordinate with HR, Transport, HSSE and asset/risk owners on new appointments and badge requests.
• Handle badge registration, declarations, and administration (digital and hardcopies).
• Activate/deactivate badges as per procedures.
• Obtain written approvals for exceptions to the rule.
• Capture/archive ID and badge information.
• Analyze data and generate weekly reports.
• Support supervisor in reviewing and updating badging procedures and work instructions.
• Support Reception access control tasks as needed.
• Manage Phonebook registration and data to ICT.
• Strive to meet KPIs and operational objectives.
• Plan and control badging equipment, materials, and stationery.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers.
