Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a diverse public.
• Excellent attendance record with no disciplinary actions.
• Ability to work autonomously and use sound judgment.
• Demonstrates leadership in the workplace.
• Knowledge of card access and security systems used in high-rise buildings.
• Proficient with PCs and Microsoft programs.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and willingness to learn.
• Administrative experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organizing and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong time-management and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies decisively and support change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee badge office operations.
• Answer calls and emails to badge office professionally.
• Update employee, contractor, and vendor badge access per policy.
• Ensure badge supplies are stocked and equipment functions.
• Manage and maintain cardholder profiles and access groups.
• Troubleshoot access control equipment and databases.
• Input data into databases as required by stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and professional conduct.
