Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Badging Specialist to join our culture of service excellence. You will be part of a command center that ensures security and access control across our facilities, delivering world-class support to colleagues and customers.

The role emphasizes monitoring CCTV, managing badge access, dispatching personnel during emergencies, and reporting events to management. A strong customer-service mindset and the ability to work independently or with a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a results driven individual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Acts as our Customer’s best service provider at all times.
• Ability to pass State and Federal licensing requirements.
• Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare.
• Ability to identify and respond to security risks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report emergency and non-emergency events.
• Monitor security.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel and notify the appropriate level of management.
• Reporting and dispatching; meet and coordinate with all appropriate parties regarding emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Manage CCTV to monitor all areas of the property inside and outside; monitor badge activities; by granting access to certain levels within the building and outside.
• Monitor the emergency information communications system for the facility.
