Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare field or related training.
• Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare intake, admissions, or billing.
• Experience in behavioral health or healthcare services preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions and intake processes, ensuring timely and accurate assessments.
• Oversee billing procedures across funding sources and support revenue cycle management.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect confidential information; support audits as needed.
• Supervise staff, train on admissions, billing, compliance, and EHR use; promote effective communication.
