Job summary

Entrepreneurial Capital, a private investment firm based in Chicago, is seeking an Accelerator & Special Projects Lead to run the Trades Accelerator program entirely remotely. You will own operations, marketing, and cross-functional projects, reporting directly to the Managing Partner.

The role demands a fast mover who builds repeatable processes, improves funnels, and delivers tangible outcomes across cohorts and signals of success. Remote, full-time, competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who can own end-to-end processes and deliver results.
• Comfort with fast-paced, varied work across multiple initiatives.
• Ability to design repeatable systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Run accelerator operations end-to-end: applications, onboarding, weekly cadence, and graduation.
• Fill cohorts by managing marketing funnels, landing pages, emails, and trainings.
• Handle special projects for the Managing Partner including research and internal tooling.
