Job summary

Propeller Industries, LLC is seeking a Practice Leader & Client CFO for Growth to build and scale our Growth Stage engagements. Remote-US, full-time, you will own the Growth practice's commercial engine, embedded delivery teams, and strategic relationships with multi-client portfolios.

You’ll lead go-to-market strategy, develop executive-level relationships, and drive pricing, capacity, and client outcomes across Growth-stage Consumer, Tech, and Services clients, with equity and strong comp.

Qualifications

15+ years in finance/accounting with CFO experience.
Experience scaling companies from $30M to $300M+ revenue.
Strong executive presence for boards and sponsors.
AI fluency in finance workflows.

Responsibilities

Drive business development through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and direct outreach.
Own financial performance of the Growth practice: revenue, margins, utilization, and profitability.
Lead and develop the practice's embedded teams, placing people in the seats where their strengths compound.
Serve as executive sponsor and escalation point for key accounts.
Participate in board meetings and investor conversations for strategic clients.
Make informed decisions about pricing, resource allocation, and engagement scope.
Use PropellerOS to deliver cross-client insight and codify best practices into the platform.
Continuously improve service delivery quality, efficiency, and client impact across the practice.
