The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) to help lead store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Working closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, the AIT will assist in training Teammates, merchandising, and daily store duties while preparing for higher-level responsibilities. This role emphasizes sales leadership, customer service excellence, and teamwork, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager as responsibilities grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer-service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with friendly service and provide legendary guest experiences.
• Assist in training Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Lead by example in sales, merchandising and store operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to recruit and develop new Teammates.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards and manage floor presentation.
• Support store leadership in executing business goals and performance metrics.
