• Support UAT planning, test case validation, and defect triage.
• Analyze current-state processes and map requirements to systems.
• Ensure deliverables align with compliance requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Translate needs into process flows, use cases, BRDs, FSDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria; lead walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Support UAT planning, test case validation, and defect triage.
• Collaborate across business, technology, QA, and external vendors.
