The Academy Coach partners with facility leadership to develop talent, translate classroom learning to on-the-job performance, and foster a culture of learning and belonging.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality learning experiences that improve associate capability and operations.
• Facilitate training through classroom, virtual, VR, and other modalities.
• Partner with facility leaders to identify development opportunities and succession plans.
• Mentor and coach associates and leaders with actionable feedback and performance support.
• Ensure learning translates into on-the-job performance and process adoption.
