Qualifications

• Firearms training may be required where applicable.
• Successful completion of required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences to build associate capability and drive operational excellence.
• Facilitate training through classroom, virtual platforms, VR, and emerging learning technologies.
• Partner with facility leaders to identify development opportunities and strengthen talent pipelines.
• Coach and develop associates and leaders with actionable feedback and performance support.
• Ensure learning translates into on-the-job performance and operational execution.
• Support adoption of new processes and change initiatives through training and communication.
