Walmart Inc. is seeking an Academy Coach to lead world‑class training across Walmart facilities in Arden, NC. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, support change initiatives, and translate classroom learning into on‑the‑job performance.

You will coach associates and leaders, partner with facility leaders to strengthen talent pipelines, and use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement, operational readiness, and a culture of learning and belonging.

Formación

• Experience facilitating adult learning and translating learning into behavior.
• Current Walmart associate with 18 months’ experience in Walmart operations as a salaried manager supervising non-exempt associates.
• Background checks and training requirements for firearms/ ammunition where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality learning experiences that build associate capability and drive operational excellence.
• Facilitate training using instructor‑led, virtual platforms, VR, and emerging learning technologies.
• Partner with facility leaders to identify development opportunities and strengthen talent pipelines.
• Coach and develop associates and leaders with actionable feedback and performance support.
• Ensure classroom learning translates into on‑the‑job performance and measurable outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement by using data, observations, and business insights to measure learning impact.
