Acceleration Academies seeks an Academy Director to lead one or more campus sites, aligning instructional and operational efforts with the mission of re-engaging students toward graduation and postsecondary success.

You will coach staff, drive student outcomes, and partner with district leaders and community organizations to ensure program excellence. This role is full-time, in-person, reporting to the Regional VP.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree; Secondary Principal certification (grades 9-12) required, or actively pursuing it.
• South Carolina Educator Certification required.
• SC 4.0 Certified Evaluator experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead academy enrollment and GC orientation initiatives.
• Oversee data review and weekly retention activities.
• Guide Graduation Candidate support plans and interventions.
• Ensure compliance with ESE/ESOL programs and reporting.
• Develop staff and maintain a positive school culture.
