Acceleration Academies, LLC is seeking an Academy Director to serve as the operational and instructional leader of our academy sites. You will coach staff, drive student outcomes, and ensure alignment with our mission to re-engage non-traditional learners and support postsecondary success.

This full-time, in-person role reports to the Regional Vice President and includes leading enrollment efforts, coordinating GC learning pathways, and maintaining compliance across programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in education or related field.
• Educational Leadership endorsement preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant education experience, including 3 years supervisory.

Mansioni

• Lead academy operations and instructional leadership across sites.
• Manage enrollment, orientation, and data-driven student progress.
• Oversee ESE/ELL compliance and graduation pathways.
• Coach staff and build partnerships with districts and community.
