The position emphasizes outreach, problem-solving, and removing barriers to attendance, with opportunities for recent graduates or early-career professionals to grow in education and student support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, but equivalent experience in education or youth mentorship will be considered.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in educational support or case management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the registration and enrollment process for new students.
• Provide orientation support to set up student success.
• Act as case manager for a cohort, monitor attendance, and document progress.
• Conduct proactive outreach to re-engage students and identify barriers to attendance.
• Collaborate with the student support team to track learning pathways and outcomes.
