Acceleration Academies is seeking an Academy Director to serve as the site leader, guiding instruction, operations, and staff to re‑engage students toward graduation. You will lead enrollment efforts, implement GC pathways, and collaborate with districts to meet program goals.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, data‑driven decision making, and strong communication with families and community partners to support student success across multiple academy sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Secondary Principal certification or in process; SC Educator Certification required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience with final decision‑making authority.
• Data‑driven, outcomes‑oriented leadership focused on attendance, credit attainment, and enrollment.
• Experience with charter schools and state compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment through recruitment and engagement efforts.
• Oversee Orientation implementation and Graduation Candidate pathways.
• Lead data review meetings and implement interventions to improve outcomes.
• Partner with district and community stakeholders to remove barriers.
