Acceleration Academies is seeking an Academy Director (School Principal) to lead a site with a strong focus on re-engagement and graduation outcomes. You will coach staff, partner with districts, and drive instructional and operational excellence in a full-time, in-person leadership role reporting to the Regional Vice President.

The role requires a Bachelor's (Master's preferred), SC principal certification, and 3–5 years of leadership experience, with compensation anchored by a competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Secondary Principal certification required; SC 4.0 Evaluator experience a plus.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience with final decision-making authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment initiatives and engagement at the academy.
• Oversee GC graduation support and data-driven student outcomes.
• Manage district and community partnerships and communications.
• Ensure compliance with SCPCSD requirements and safety practices.
