Job summary

Acceleration Academies seeks an Academy Director (School Principal) to lead site operations, instruction, and district partnerships. You will coach staff, drive student outcomes, and ensure compliance with ESE/ELL programs.

You will report to the Regional VP, partner with districts, families, and community groups, and foster a positive, inclusive school culture across sites. This is a full-time, in-person leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Secondary Principal certification required or in process.
• SC Educator Certification required; SC 4.0 Evaluator experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academy operations and instructional leadership across sites.
• Lead enrollment and orientation initiatives.
• Manage staff, scheduling, and budget planning with district partners and community organizations.
• Monitor student outcomes and drive graduation/postsecondary success.
