Job summary

Walmart, Inc. is seeking an Academy Coach to lead learning experiences that raise associate capability and drive operational excellence at our Grand Island facilities.

This onsite role focuses on translating classroom learning into on-the-job performance, leveraging Academy Connect, VR, and other innovative training methods. The successful candidate will partner with facility leadership to identify development opportunities, support succession planning, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Walmart Academy training programs and assessments.
• Successful completion of applicable firearms-related training and background checks when required by store location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences that build associate capability and drive operational excellence.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and immersive learning experiences using Academy Connect, VR, and other technologies.
• Conduct trainings per Academy schedules and support overnight training and end-of-day learning programs across locations.
• Partner with facility leaders to identify development opportunities and support succession planning.
• Coach and develop associates and leaders with impactful feedback and growth-focused opportunities.
