Walmart Inc. is seeking an Academy Coach to lead world-class training across Walmart facilities, translating classroom learning into on-the-job performance. This onsite Stockbridge, GA role partners with leaders to develop talent, drive change, and foster a culture of learning and belonging.

You will deliver diverse training modalities, coach talent, support operational readiness, and use data to improve outcomes while ensuring inclusive learning environments.

Formación

• CBC and Firearms Authorized Training (if store sells firearms) must be completed.
• State Certificate of Eligibility for ammunition stores, if applicable.
• All required trainings and assessments must be completed successfully.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences to build associate capability and drive operational excellence.
• Facilitate training through instructor-led, virtual, VR, and other modalities.
• Partner with facility leaders to identify development opportunities and succession planning.
• Coach associates and leaders with actionable feedback and performance support.
• Visit facilities to ensure training translates into on-the-job performance.
• Support adoption of new processes and change initiatives via training and coaching.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align learning solutions with business needs.
• Use data and insights to measure learning outcomes and improve readiness.
