Qualifications

• Master's degree required with preference for student affairs, counseling, higher education administration or related field.
• Master’s degree in progress will be considered with expectation of completing degree in two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary advising for degree audits/plans of study and course registration.
• Deliver coaching on study skills, resumes, interview strategies, and job search techniques.
• Maintain knowledge of academic policies and assist students with compliance and progression.
• Refer students to appropriate academic resources and collaborate with campus offices.
• Monitor caseloads with regular check-ins and outreach; support students on probation.
• Coordinate and enhance the Academic Recovery program for probation students.
• Present outreach programs and teach university experience content when needed.
• Support event management and maintain student resources produced by the Student Success Center.
