Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Student Affairs, or a related field.
• 1+ years in higher education success coaching, academic advising, or student support roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate targeted academic recovery and reenrollment outreach campaigns.
• Conduct individual coaching sessions with students.
• Coordinate ARP 101 courses and develop recovery modules.
• Design workshops and programming for academic recovery initiatives.
• Analyze student records to identify risk factors and plan recovery strategies.
• Monitor and track student progress and success plans.
• Lift or reinstate holds per institutional policies.
• Collaborate with faculty, advisors, and student support services for interventions.
• Maintain detailed records using the data management system.
• Provide regular updates on outcomes and trends.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
