Job summary

Lindenwood University is seeking an Academic Records Representative to assist the Registrar with enrollment processes, major changes, and degree verifications. You will evaluate transfer credits and transcribe them into the student information system, while maintaining strict confidentiality and delivering excellent service.

The role supports the Academic Affairs division and reports to the Registrar, with responsibilities across transcripts, enrollment, and verification duties in a busy office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with higher education processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with FERPA regulations and privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Registrar with enrollment, adds/drops, major changes, and grade changes.
• Evaluate transfer credits and transcribe them in the student information system.
• Process transcript requests and Office of the Registrar forms.
• Perform education verifications and support commencement activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
