Job summary

Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, MO seeks an Academic Records Representative to assist the Registrar with enrollment, adds/drops, major changes, grade changes, and degree verifications. You will evaluate transfer credits and transcribe them into the student information system, while upholding FERPA privacy and campus policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with student information systems preferred.
• Knowledge of FERPA regulations and privacy laws.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains familiarity with FERPA regulations and privacy laws governing higher education.
• Evaluates transcripts and transcribes credits daily within the student information system.
• Sends transcripts daily.
• Processes Registrar forms and education verifications.
• Assists with organizing commencement ceremonies and setup.
• Interacts professionally with students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
