  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant administrative experience.
  • Ability to employ analytics and data in decision‑making processes.
  • Strong communication with deans, chairs, faculty and staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a demanding environment.
  • FERPA and university policy familiarity.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize analytics to allocate academic spaces and schedule undergraduate program activities.
  • Schedule exams, rooms and space for events and special sessions.
  • Coordinate with chairs, associate chairs, and program directors on space needs.
  • Manage student club processes, space access, and faculty staffing for courses.
  • Assist in international program planning and undergraduate offerings.
  • Execute special projects to support leadership in Undergraduate Programs.
