Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Information Systems, or Business Administration or related field.
• Two or more years’ experience in a similar position or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with academic advising and student services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support LMS implementation, maintenance, and course shells for faculty and staff.
• Assist instructors with course materials, gradebooks, and LMS updates.
• Analyze trends in learning technologies and instructional design to improve programs.
• Develop training materials and curricula aligned with adult learning principles.
• Assist with course content auditing and accessibility for online courses.
• Coordinate accreditation-related activities and articulation with schools.
