Job summary

Florida State University’s Herbert Wertheim College of Business seeks an Academic Program Specialist to coordinate course scheduling, registration processes, and enrollment management for the department. Responsibilities

• Coordinate course scheduling, registration processes, and enrollment management.
• Work with the Department Chair to build semester schedules and monitor textbook requirements.
• Ensure syllabi and grades are submitted on time and assist with registration issues.
• Support faculty processes, including AOR approvals, annual reviews, FACET, and hiring.
• Greet and assist students, promote programs, and support events and communications.
• Hire and supervise student workers and manage office operations.
