Albany Medical Center’s Division of Plastic Surgery is seeking a full-time Plastic Surgeon at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. We are expanding clinical, educational, and research programs and welcome candidates eager to contribute.

The role emphasizes reconstructive surgery, including microvascular breast reconstruction, craniofacial surgery, hand surgery, and general microsurgery, with opportunities to participate in busy clinical care and resident education.

Qualificações

• MD or DO degree and completion of an ACGME-accredited Plastic Surgery residency.
• Board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, or foreign equivalent recognized by ABPS.
• Eligible for New York State medical licensure.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and skill in teaching; fellowship in microvascular surgery desirable but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Join a collaborative and collegial faculty dedicated to clinical care, teaching, and research.
• Provide reconstructive plastic surgery services including microvascular breast reconstruction, craniofacial and hand surgery.
• Take independent hand and face trauma call and contribute to education and scholarly activity.
