Atlanta Technical College (ATC) is seeking a Full-Time Technical Support Specialist in the Information Technology division. This position is located on ATC’s Main campus, just south of Downtown Atlanta.

Under the supervision of the IT Service Manager, you will supervise the provision of technical support services for faculty and staff, handling helpdesk requests, software installations, and network maintenance to ensure reliable technology services across the campus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited college.
• Three (3) or more years of work-related experience.
• Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.

Responsabilités

• Directs the processing and response to helpdesk calls from administrators, faculty and staff.
• Installs Microsoft operating systems and applications software.
• Maintains and repairs computer networks, workstations and peripheral equipment.
• Develops and conducts training programs on hardware, software, and network.
