Atlanta Technical College (ATC) is seeking a Recruitment and Retention Specialist (Part-Time) in the Academic & Student Affairs division. This position serves the ATC-Prep Dual Achievement Program at ATC's South campus in Forest Park, GA.

Under general supervision, the Recruitment and Retention Specialist will handle recruitment, retention and data accountability with up to twenty-nine (29) hours per week.

Competenze

• Associate degree or higher required and 3+ years in recruitment/retention in post-secondary education.
• Experience with student information systems and data reporting is preferred.

Mansioni

• Enter data into various formats and generate reports requiring program knowledge.
• Process transcripts and enrollment withdrawal requests.
• Maintain filing systems for all students and accuracy of records.
• Lead events and initiatives to support recruitment and retention.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to attract and engage students.
