Job summary

Lexington Health seeks a Graduate Medical Education Program Manager to collaborate with Residency/Fellowship Directors, maintain accreditation, and oversee program operations and finances for GME.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of program management or GME experience, and active TAGME certification; willingness to complete Leadership program within 6 months. You will coordinate recruitment, curriculum mapping, and ADS/ERAS documentation to support faculty and residents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of program management and/or GME experience preferred.
  • Active TAGME certification or willingness to achieve within 3 years.
  • Must be willing to attend Leadership program within 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ACGME accreditation processes including self-studies, site visits, and documentation.
  • Oversee HR functions for residents: employment requirements, visas, leaves, payroll.
  • Coordinate resident recruitment, interview logistics, and rank order certification.
  • Manage curriculum functions: mapping competencies, milestones, and evaluations.
  • Ensure documentation in ADS and interface ERAS; support NRMP responsibilities.
  • Oversee program finances: budget development and expenditure management.
