Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience required.
• Certification requirements as specified by the department.
• Experience with ACGME accreditation and NRMP processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise GME staff in daily tasks.
• Train and supervise staff for multiple residency or fellowship programs.
• Assist program leaders in maintaining educational quality and compliance.
• Coordinate NRMP recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
• Maintain resident management systems and ERAS data updates.
• Develop operational policies and monitor internal controls.
