Job summary

ComPsych Corporation is seeking an Absence Implementation Expert to proactively manage AbsenceSource accounts from contract signing through implementation. You will implement accounts transitioned from the sales team, coordinate training, and build strong relationships between ComPsych and AbsenceResources teams.

The role requires 1+ year of project management experience, BS/BA in HR or related field, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Human Resources or related field required
• 1+ year of project management experience
• Experience in leave of absence administration or HR services is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Implement AbsenceResources accounts transitioned from sales
• Coordinate training and set up account specifications
• Build relationships between ComPsych and AbsenceResources teams
• Act as liaison between HR and AbsenceSource during implementation
• Provide leave of absence guidance to customers
• Develop business and communication plans with HR
• Resolve account concerns for smooth transition
