Qualifications

• BS/BA in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of project management experience required.
• Account management experience in leave of absence administration, benefits, or HR-related services a plus.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Use independent judgement to implement AbsenceResources accounts newly transitioned from the sales team, including documentation, specifications, implementation plan, training, and account relationship.
• Establish and build strong working relationships between ComPsych and AbsenceResources teams.
• Act as liaison between HR professionals and AbsenceSource during implementation.
• Demonstrate understanding of accounts' absence policies and related benefits.
• Provide external training on leave of absence compliance during implementation.
• Develop a business and communication plan with HR to promote AbsenceResources services.
• Investigate and resolve account concerns during implementation to ensure smooth transition.
