Job summary

ComPsych Corporation is seeking an Absence Account Representative to proactively build and maintain positive client relationships. You will liaise between clients and internal teams, ensuring understanding of procedures and services, and helping to meet and exceed client expectations.

You will serve as a trusted advisor during implementation and post-implementation, retain and grow the book of business, and work with management to deliver exceptional service across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience building and maintaining successful customer relationships required.
• Account management experience a plus.
• Exposure to benefits administration or HR compliance a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as expert for ComPsych services with customers and exhibit a thorough understanding of absence management and procedures.
• Maintain and develop relationships with assigned customers to meet company goals.
• Investigate, review, and resolve client concerns and communicate resolutions.
• Act as trusted advisor to client during implementation and post-implementation.
• Retain and grow book of business by identifying opportunities to expand services.
