Job summary

ComPsych Corporation is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Absence Customer Success and Partnerships team. You will proactively manage a book of business within ComPsych’s partnerships, ensuring flawless service delivery while identifying opportunities to expand service lines and strengthen the customer experience.

You will report to the Customer Success Leader, Partnerships, and collaborate across Operations, Compliance, Product, and Sales to drive partner success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 2+ years of account management experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience with partnership, broker, consultant, or channel relationships is a plus.
• Proven track record of selling additional service lines to current customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage satisfaction, retention, and growth for accounts in ComPsych’s partnerships.
• Meet client retention and growth goals by customer satisfaction metrics and upsell opportunities.
• Develop and manage client relationships to strengthen the overall customer experience.
• Understand customers’ business, human capital, and benefits concerns; position ComPsych’s value.
• Provide project management, communication strategy, and staff training for new accounts.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Prepare utilization analyses and trend reports; evaluate processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Sales to support the partnership.
• Build strong relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders; travel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
