Job summary

Figure is seeking a dynamic B2B marketing leader to own ABM and cold outbound initiatives. You will bridge marketing content, partnerships, and sales to drive pipeline across independent mortgage banks, servicers, wholesalers, banks and credit unions.

You’ll build scalable, data‑driven outbound systems, oversee messaging quality, and partner with a strong channel marketing team to deploy multi‑channel programs while measuring SQLs, meetings, and overall pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, specifically building Account-Based Marketing, Outbound, or Demand Generation engines.
• Hands-on experience with cold email and data platforms (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo, Clay, Outreach).
• Comfort working inside HubSpot and Salesforce and diagnosing CRM sync issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the entire cold email engine with automated journeys.
• Define success metrics and report cross‑channel performance in Salesforce.
• Develop targeting and messaging systems for ABM, guided by sales input.
• Filter and direct content messaging for channels and ensure alignment with channel teams.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing to optimize events and ABM impact.
