Jobgether on behalf of a partner seeks a data-driven Campaign Manager (ABM) to accelerate enterprise pipeline in the United States. You will transform account intelligence into personalized, coordinated campaigns across channels.

You will lead experimentation, measure performance, and turn successful tactics into scalable playbooks while collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Partnerships. Remote work within the U.S. is supported.

Qualificações

• At least 8 years in demand generation and ABM.
• Track record of campaigns that generate pipeline.
• Experience with AI and prompt engineering.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills.
• Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Cross-functional project management and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of Sales Operations processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Learning mindset with feedback openness.
• Certification in Demandbase or similar ABM platform.

Responsabilidades

• Develop AI-powered account intelligence and profiles.
• Identify decision-makers and blockers and document priorities.
• Use LLMs to generate insights and plan campaigns.
• Design one-to-one and one-to-few campaigns for Tier 1 accounts.
• Orchestrate campaigns across email, paid media, events, gifting, partnerships.
• Develop campaign briefs and manage timelines, budgets, dependencies.
• Collaborate with sales and BD teams to align priorities and handoffs.
• Maintain a structured experimentation roadmap and measure results.
• Scale successful tactics into repeatable ABM programs.
• Surface data gaps and collaborate to address them.
