Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking an organized and analytical professional to conduct surveillance of Asset Based Finance assets within PGIM's ABF platform.

You will work with research teams to track performance across investments and elevate deviations from expectations, while partnering with technology to enhance automated surveillance coverage. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in securitized products
• Demonstrated ability to monitor securitized products performance at the deal level and loan level
• Experience reviewing periodic transaction reporting, including trustee reporting and deal notices
• Strong understanding of Intex and Bloomberg
• Programming and data visualization skills with ability to leverage AI to build efficient systems
• Detail-oriented and analytical, capable of managing recurring surveillance deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to articulate performance views to stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Responsibilities

• Monitor ABF transactions at the deal level against features and underwriting assumptions
• Track collateral performance trends and translate loan-level data to deal implications
• Follow transaction events and communicate the credit impact
• Produce concise surveillance summaries highlighting trends and forward-looking notes
• Develop and standardize issuer reporting packages with the ABF Deal Team
• Improve automated surveillance with the technology team
• Engage external parties to obtain and interpret transaction information for reviews
• Identify collateral-integrity or cash-reconciliation anomalies signaling data risk
