Job summary

Prudential Financial, through PGIM, is seeking an organized analyst to conduct surveillance of Asset Based Finance (ABF) assets. You will monitor deal and loan level performance, coordinate with research and tech teams, and translate results into actionable insights for portfolio reviews.

The role requires 5-10 years in securitized products, strong data skills with Intex/Bloomberg, and the ability to collaborate across groups in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in securitized products.
• Experience reviewing periodic transaction reporting (trustee reports & notices).
• Strong understanding of Intex and Bloomberg; data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ABF transactions at deal and loan levels against features and underwriting assumptions.
• Track collateral performance trends and translate into deal-level implications.
• Produce surveillance summaries and forward-looking insights for portfolio reviews.
• Collaborate with ABF Deal Team to standardize issuer reporting and fill gaps.
• Partner with technology to improve automated surveillance and data integrity controls.
