Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.

Position offers center-based opportunities in Chelmsford, MA with competitive compensation and benefits, plus ongoing training and a path for growth in ABA services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Essential functions may include standing, sitting, lifting, bending, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children as per individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA clinicians to implement behavioral plans.
