Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with children according to individualized plans and help implement treatment goals in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year experience with children; ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy and treatment under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Contribute to progress notes and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
