Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one to implement their individualized treatment plans in a center-based setting.

The role offers competitive pay around $20/hour, plus medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k match, PTO and holidays, weekly pay, and ongoing growth opportunities including an RBT course provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HS diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Support center-based ABA services and engaging activities.
