Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and compassion for children with special needs.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; one year of relevant experience preferred.
• CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application.
• Implement goals and programs in the Behavior Plan designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide behavior support services and crisis intervention.
• Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor.
