Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities. Join a team supervised by BCBA professionals, with support from clinical staff and flexible part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred.
• Current CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social and communication skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application.
• Implement goals and programs in the Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide behavior support services and crisis intervention.
• Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor.
