Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. The role includes implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision and documenting progress using a mobile app.

The position offers paid training, a flexible part-time schedule, and strong support from a team of BCBA supervisors.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach when working with children with special needs.
• CPR/FA certification in place or willingness to obtain one.
• Computer proficiency and ability to document progress using digital tools.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application.
• Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Providesbehaviorsupportservices and crisis intervention
• Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor
