Job summary

MAXIM HEALTHCARE SERVICES is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities in California. Training and certification are provided, with flexible part-time scheduling and steady support from a clinical team.

You will document progress using a mobile app, implement goals from a BCBA-created plan, and help clients build social and communication skills in daily settings.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and passion for helping children with special needs.
Minimum one year relevant experience preferred.
CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors
Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application
Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Providesbehaviorsupportservices and crisis intervention
Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor
