Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will work under BCBA supervision, helping develop social and communication skills in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application.
• Implement goals and programs in the Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide behavior support services and crisis intervention.
• Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor.
