Job summary

Succeed ABA is a leading ABA therapy provider delivering in-home, one-to-one services for children aged 1–21 with Autism. Therapists work under BCBA supervision, applying prompting and positive reinforcement to build independence and functional skills.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required by the program.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.
