Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. Training is provided, with pathways for growth and advancement within the Milestone Moments program.

You’ll work afternoons/evenings for at least 15 hours weekly, with paid training and opportunities for RBT exam reimbursement, supervision hours, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, primarily afternoons/evenings.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Able to complete pre-employment screenings (background, TB, health) as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision by a BCBA or supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA strategies.
• Collect session data and complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
